2022 Fitness Goals•

We're a little over halfway through the 1st month of 2022 and right now you can be feeling pretty awesome about the progress you've made so far, or a bit discouraged because you may have fallen off track with a goal you've set.
Success in any endeavor, especially fitness is relative to each person. There is no linear line going straight up. We know you've heard it before and we're going to tell you probably a million times LOL, "Fitness is a journey". There will days that go great and days that aren't so great. As long as you don't give up, you'll always be on the right track.
We've created this checklist to provide proven tips that we've used to help us along our fitness journey. Focus on one day at a time. Conquer the day. Plan it out in advance. You can do it. All you have to do is believe in yourself and put in the work.
