The Best Way to Stretch & Reduce Soreness

Heyy, flexy friend!

Are you feeling stiff as a board and inflexible as a rock? Don't worry about it! I have some tips and tricks to help you increase your flexibility and feel like a supple, bendy beast.

1st up, yoga. Not just for hippies and pretzel people, yoga is a fantastic way to improve your flexibility, build strength, and calm your mind. Plus, you get to wear comfy pants and do weird poses that make you feel like a warrior.

2nd, foam rolling. It may look torturous, but rolling out your muscles with a foam roller can do wonders for your flexibility and help alleviate any aches and pains. Just be prepared for some weird looks from your coworkers if you do it at the office.

3rd, dance it out. Whether it's salsa, hip hop, or ballet, dancing is a fun and effective way to increase your range of motion and get your heart pumping. Plus, you may even discover a hidden talent for twerking..I tried, but I don't have that skill 😩

Finally, don't forget to stretch! It may seem obvious, but taking a few minutes each day to stretch can make a huge difference in your flexibility. Plus, you can do it anywhere, anytime. I find it easiest to do first thing in the morning as soon as my feet hit the floor!

So there you have it, fit bae. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a newbie stretcher, these tips will have you bending and twisting like a pro in no time.
