Q: Where do you ship?

A: We currently only offer US based shipping.

 

Q: What are the shipping options in the US?

A: We offer free shipping for purchases over $60. For purchases below $60 , the shipping cost is $7 for standard shipping and $10 for expedited shipping. Items will ship within 3-5 business days. No signature required. 

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A:  Items purchased from MONETFIT.COM will gladly be accepted for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, damaged, altered, free of any stains, odors, pet hair, or scents including deodorant and perfume. Tags must be attached when returned. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping & handling costs. 

 

Q: Do you offer gift cards or store credit instead of refund?

A: At this time, we do not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for a refund.

 

Q: Can I change my order after it's been placed?

A: Orders are prepared for shipment very shortly after they are placed. This quick timeframe does not allow for any changes to your order. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

 

Q: What do I do if I haven't received my order?
