Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently only offer US based shipping.
Please allow between 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 5 business days have passed please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: We offer free shipping for purchases over $60. For purchases below $60, the shipping cost is $7 for standard shipping and $10 for expedited shipping. No signature required.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Items purchased from MONETFIT.COM will gladly be accepted for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be received back in its original packaging. Clothing must not be worn, damaged, altered, free of any stains, odors, pet hair, or scents including deodorant and perfume. Tags must be attached when returned. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping & handling costs.
Q: Can I change my order after it's been placed?
A: Yes, please utilize the contact us section within 4 hours of your purchase for any changes and we will work to accommodate you.
Q: What do I do if I haven't received my order?
A: Contact USPS first. If you still need assistance locating your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our representatives will be happy to help you. We are not responsible for items lost during transit.
